Oracle has been continuously laying people off for 30 years, it is not a thing of the past.

world), and you still get a drop in headcount. Some will be foolish enough to leave before their package vests. Just not sure that you get the stock benefit of appearing to cut costs!

If you have ~20 years tenure why would you be worried about getting laid off? All your RSUs would have had a 10x increase.
Oracle will always do layoffs.
wow. you sound like HR...or someone who kneels before Zod. This site will always be necessary to Oracle. Last month two people I know, with over 35 years combined, both worried about their futures and being laid off. Stop with your posts. Dont be a boot li---r.
