I’m moving on. It was an okay place to work, but this display of lack of vision and leadership has me voluntarily joining the 5,000 with few regrets.

This is similar to when CVS cleaned out Caremark. SVP and EVP left early in the year. If you notice their last days were in April. Bonus is paid in March and in April 1 is when stock grants become exercisable. So they knew/were told/whatever early in 2023 and left.

Next page in the CVS playbook is what happened in August where the bulk of the people were more senior in age and position. Lots of Sr. Managers and Ld Directors and Directors.

Oh and you will be amazed who much legal language is in the severance of this group saying 'not age related' even thought most are older and may years.

Next steps are likely to be some of the VPs who got rid of those managers and directors.

Seems to be following the 2010 process at Caremark.

Alan Lotvin leaves more knowledge in his morning toilet deposit than Karen Ly--h has had cumulatively in her entire life.

We're gonna do things differently around here. No more tenure, total inclusiveness, everyone will be treated the same until you are here too long.
