Anyone hear of any CCS layoffs in Tempe? It’s so slow right now and upper management is finding us anything to do to keep us busy. With rates being so high and volume so low it’s only bound to happen. I really hope we’re all safe.

Let’s see and wait what will happen after Employee Appreciation week
The WARN is filed the day employees are given a 60 day notice, so notices would have gone out in July, their last day would be in Sept. So essentially, anyone impacted would have already been given notice.
It’s a new legal requirement for companies to report. It’s a good tool to know.
I wish you all good luck. Hope nothing happens.
Thanks for the Tip! I searched the WARN in AZ - worker adjustment and retraining notification, and did not find anything for Chase. But business has dropped off a cliff!
No HLA feels confident about their income for the next 8 to 9 months. We were told there are no more planned layoffs and I believe. The plan is to let us starve and see who stays. Super tedious sitting in a call center with too few calls to keep us busy.
That article is local New Jersey but it’s the only one that states chase has filed a warn. If you check your local state warn listings, I bet chase is on there.
It’s just a sign that chase is doing layoffs. They did this last year too. Sent warn letter middle of summer. Laid off day after employee appreciation day.
The comment about Layoffs did you read the post? It says 63 affecting only a portion in September!

Chase filed a warn in July. Sadly, I expect layoffs
You can always make those HBA calls because I sure dont have time to!
Define "safe." If by safe you mean safe from losing a job in home lending, then the answer is NO! You are not safe. Home Lending will be a call center and Manilla in the coming months. Get out now.
Not just Tempe. . It's always feast or famine. Good luck. Heard no rumors yet.
