Now that we know there most likely won't be any layoffs in September, how wrong is it that I'm excited that we'll have no layoffs for at least a month? The bar is as low as it can get.

Bar is set for no work to be done! People are fed up. I’m On a team that will probably be restructured and absorbed . I can tell you the bar is very low right now . Everyone is scrambling and most spend their day looking for jobs and not pushing work out .
