Seeking more insight and understanding about the upcoming organization structure. I've read comments about it happening this week and suggestions that there will be a town hall. I've also read that some people lost most of their team and we're told they would be staying on as part of the reorganization. What's the daylight on this and related matters?

They did say clinical would be restructured on the aetna side
When will the field realignment be announced?
Are they cutting staff by 50%? Looks like RI, CT, NY, PA might be cleared out are they pulling out of the Northeast Completely?
