I imagine that the Angry Birds app will be more useful and be on its 25th edition by the time that app gets done.
CVS can't even tell you a dr-g is not in stock before you drive to the pharmacy. I told the pharmacist that was completely ridiculous and inefficient, and unacceptable. She agreed, and then said it's because they don't know a dr-g is out of stock until the labels are printed and they go to retrieve the med. I asked her why there isn't a hard stop that checks whether a dr-g is in stock before the pharmacy accepts filling the script. She said, "that's just CVS does it."
Chaos is in the DNA.
Super App will save us all, don't worry!
Cvs should be ashamed at all the off shoring, but in the end they don't care. Eventually nobody in the US will be able to afford anything.
Makes sense all Service Ops are being sentimental to India. They are the new face of the Company. $2.36 a day salary. There is your cost cutting. Any calls go through AI. Accent Change.
Aetna just shipped CMA work to India. Hey let’s cut 20$ hour jobs and send the work to India.
Go get your resume updated. Looks like a big dump in Ops is coming up. Like the people who will get no compensation package.
I have done nothing each day for the past week. I have zero direction on what I am supposed to be doing because the projects I have been working on have had resources cut from other teams (SME’s on project groups, etc.).
I have just spent the days doing what I can on my normal duties and then applying/interviewing outside the company.
The loss of productivity is on CVS leadership, not the employees.
Yup, right there with ya! My head is everywhere but here.
Seems like it! 1 week later still no direction on what we will work on going forward or how digital will reorg with the few resources we have left. The only thing I’m spending my energy on for now is searching/applying/interviewing outside of CVS. Get me off of this sinking, rudderless ship!
