If anyone remembers the town hall Q&A someone asked how the company was expecting employees to deal with inflation/cost of living with such minimal raises. Bill completely reamed into that question stating there were 4 raise cycles in the past year and said that’s due to their individual performance.
From what I have seen it has pretty much only been 1 that was earlier this year. Some didn’t even get any. I was lucky enough to get one, and of course adjusted for inflation, my real wage is less.
But I haven’t heard of anyone even remotely close to 4 raises a year, ever in my 5 years working there. That’s barely unheard of for any company.
Bill’s answer to that question is not only incorrect, but was a pretty vile statement to make considering it accounts for most of the employees and that’s what he thinks of them.
