Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Best Behaved SVP… Uncon!

This was pulled down before… I will post this again without initials.

Australian Upstream Uncon SVP was booked last week for s-xual as--ult and dr-gs.

These are the people that are trying to tell you that YOUR behaviors are the problem! Not the self-serving XOM systems they’ve setup!

You have to scroll down quite a bit… it was a busy Thursday morning…

@1gkf There’s more than one post on this thread describing how EM protects predators.

It’s noteworthy that they still haven’t fired him or taken any disciplinary action.

Moving from a great country like Australia to a corrupt oppressive hellhole in SE Texas would be tough on anyone. Feel sorry for the guy!

I particularly like his hair color listed, valuing diversity...

At least it's aligned with the new Exxon approach of Right Second Time.......

@1jbw I read the article.

The judge granted this guy $30k bond despite him having been arrested on felony SA charges. Nothing shady about that at all…

He’s been reported as out on bond elsewhere.

No, he’s not out on bond. He hasn’t surrendered his Australian passport and is still in jail. Read the Bloomberg article.

@1kqj Are you saying that ExxonMobil takes active measures to protect predators internally?

by

Post ID: @1tjq+1oZNFhnb

@1mjt He’s out on a $30k bond.

Yes. He was arrested for felony SA and the judge cut him loose for less than what he makes in a single month. I’m sure that all of EM’s political donations within Texas played no role at all here….

I wouldn’t be surprised if the re----k Montgomery county DA (also an A&M graduate) doesn’t even pursue the charges. That’s just how corrupt society has become. In fact it’s almost a miracle that the guy was even arrested to begin with. Must have been a rookie cop.

EM toxic culture expressing itself outside the company borders.

Great job Scott. Thank you for showing EM executives true colors to the world.

He would rather remain behind bars than face his wife. Much safer behind bars.

“ Scott faces a second-degree felony assault charge and posted a $30,000 bond, according to jail records. Local authorities said Scott remained behind bars Sunday because he has not yet surrendered his Australian passport to probation officers.”

Just learned a great Australian slang term for what this guy is:

Sp--k Rat

It’s basically someone who’s married but sleeps around with anything and everything and doesn’t give AF about the consequences.

Say it with an Aussie twang to make yourself laugh.

If he can stay out of jail and has allies, he’ll be moved to some out of sight planning role until he hits 55.

“…we can say that this individual will not continue work responsibilities as the investigation proceeds.”

In other words, they’re not firing or disciplining him, just giving him a break while he’s sitting in the county jail (allegedly in protective custody) on felony SA charges. Let the average employee so much as jaywalk and they’ll fire them without a second thought. SMDH.

The fact that a guy like this made it to the top at Exxon tells you everything you ever need to know about Exxon.

The comments and links on this thread… who needs movie night?! 🍿 😳

Will be anxiously awaiting how this is handled. Cannot imagine any scenario where he remains with the company. Feel bad for his wife and children, assuming he has them. What a douche bag.

Poor guy cracking under the stresses of working @ XOM.

If / when XOM gets rid of him, he can still be the leader, the one in “front” during leap frog time at the prison.
