D’oh! How could I forget LV’s Aditi? Oh, I know, she’s one of the DIE-versify exec placeholders. I’m all for women being executives but only if they’re qualified for the position which she clearly is not.
The company still needs to cleanse itself of Sangeetha, Laura, and Aditi along with some of their direct reports.

All of NYC can go. The LearnVest product was trash and so is PX.
Probably 50% of tech and about 75% of product.
Highly paid people in director roles who are only people managers, don't direct or lead strategy, don't build or have relationships with business and don't know the technology. Literally show up to meetings and ask questions for their own curiosity but have no responsibility or accountability in them.
Infrastructure (ICS) should be outsourced. No need to keep redundant roles inhouse.
The layers upon layers of product people. I understand having people be representatives of the business, but do we really need 5+ layers of people to perform that duty?
