Thread regarding SS&C Technologies layoffs

Wonder what he thinks of Blue Prism Deal now...

oh Bill, buddy you paid 1.5B for a company that did $100M/year - and did the value of SS&C change at all? Probably went down. I wonder if someone is thinking - wtf did we do taking on that much debt with nada to really show for it. I'm sure customers will start their departure path to the door soon.

As soon as someone gets in front of them and starts talking bout AWD and the miracles of BPM from the 80's.

Is it layoff time yet?

When Z-Score is less than 1.81, it is in Distress Zones.
When Z-Score is greater than 2.99, it is in Safe Zones.
When Z-Score is between 1.81 and 2.99, it is in Grey Zones.

SS&C Technologies Holdings has a Z-score of 1.68, indicating it is in Distress Zones. This implies bankruptcy possibility in the next two years.

Laying off knowledgeable workers seems to be the name of the game. So much talent has been let go just to try to squeeze out a bit of a profit. With rumors of more layoffs coming this month, you can rest assured that they’ll once again layoff the wrong people which I think will directly contribute to the 1/1 Domani failure. The company is so far gone that I don’t think that there’s any way back.
