Confirmed!
Fake news. First of all we leased almost all the VZW call centers. Maybe this could impact landline centers. I say more fake than real. Never saw on announcement???
What call centers are even left to use? Chandler? Salt Lake? Rolling Meadows (Chicago)? Murfreesboro? Everything else has shut down and been vacated. Just go on Google Maps and look at former call centers and see how they’ve been repurposed or are still sitting empty. We aren’t waking up tomorrow and seeing 26 Verizon Wireless-owned call centers across the 4 regions ever again.
Confirmed
Wireless customer service is a work from home organization. Or it is outsourced to overseas.
Lmao, no way they announce that during CSAW. As cringe as CSAW is that would cause a lot of head aches for leadership and anger. Not even the current leadership would be that clueless. What happened today was new schedule bid being released, already caused enough grumbling.
Wireless doesn’t have anywhere to go. Wireline might.
Confirmed.
They just post 'confirmed' every once in a while. It doesn't ever mean anything. You learn to tune it out.
I think they have terets or something.
Confirmed where? There has not been any Announcement today as the original post says.
Confirmed
I don’t see how that would be possible when most of the centers were sold. They had to rent out hotels when we had a 2 day in person training
