I see tons of posts here that have started to become insulting, racist, and hateful. At this point we're just turning on each other as workers while ever management just sits back and laughs. This is exactly the kind of behavior that they enjoy because it takes the focus off of them and their misdeeds. You people will be better served organizing impossibly unionizing then turning on each other like this. Reading some of these threads is disgusting. You guys are co-workers and are all being treated the same way by people above. You. Turn your anger on them, not each other.

The problem with message boards is one or two people can pollute the message and give the impression their opinion is more popular than it really is. Overall, I have seen very few racist comments on this board, and my guess is the same one or two closed-minded individuals with anger issues are making them. Most coworkers I work with at Truist are solid people, and are absolutely not racists.
I agree with the original poster’s sentiment; let’s not get off track and fight with each other, because this management team is embarrassingly bad and deserves to be called out.
