Were you impacted? If so, what dept or location if you feel like sharing.

The “reorg” is just shuffling Executives around….doesn’t save any money. You can bet their salaries haven’t changed. Look closely and you’ll see the new structure is geared to further divide and shift to a Suntrust bank. Investment Bankers running the show.
Continuing shift to “transactions” not relationships. Give it a year and any Business or Wealth client below mega-size will be handled in a centralized unit. The only field commercial or wealth relationship managers will be in Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh or other metro markets. Branches will be solely to gather deposits and refer clients to 1-800-whatever.
My guess is right they’re taking all those policies and procedures they had everyone update and are figuring out what they can combine, send offshore or get someone cheaper to do
The digital team screwed up on all things digital.
I’m more annoyed that they shifted all these groups around but all us worker bees still need to wait another 30 days to see if we’re safe.
Why is Donta where he is? He royally screwed up the digital aspect of the merger yet keeps getting promoted.
I meant none for my department yet. Who was hit yesterday and today?
Anyone willing to share the re-org email, if there was one company wide?
Not true there were lay offs yesterday and today
It was only reorganization emails today. Old Joe Thompson has become “Teflon Joe.”
Loads of reorgs today, no layoffs YET
It’s all online under the briefing room
