If bumbling Beau is the best player your team is getting the #1 draft pick next year.
This isn't new news, it was published in the 8-k for the presentation to Barclays that this was going to happen.
Best player should play regardless of background (Beau to CEO). Worst players should be cut regardless of resumes (Thompson, Elliott, Buchanan).
Time to start winning.

It’s just combining existing teams and rebranding. It’s not making up anything new.
Remember the Barclays presentation. Three lines of business, wholesale, consumer and insurance now the process of how they are structured begins along with further riffs at mid and upper management level.

If you look at briefing room page at the bottom of the email there were four new divisions made. Along with new positions added in alot of the transformation updates
