Got off a call and the internal rumor/chatter is late October... to put end of Dec completing the 60 day period... and potentially allow bonuses to be awarded. Speculation of course but isn't that what this site is for? Just sending my thoughts over.

Lol..it's not 20% of the company. You're smoking crack if you actually think or believe that. It's already been confirmed by the CIO himself that they are looking at a 5% cut company wide. Some orgs may absorb more of that than others, but it's 5% company wide. Now go back to taking whatever dr-gs you are on.
Have confirmed that the layoffs have been moved to November. Next integration is Nov 4-5 so would assume that layoffs would be after that during week of Nov 6 or Nov 13.
If you get a job and decide to move earlier than Dec 31 , would you be eligible?
@1ivw+1oUMeYUI For the bonus payout, it would be paid out in March so you would have the 60 days in late Oct/Nov, severance payout in late Dec/Jan and bonus payout in Mar.
If bonus were given to laid off folks , how would that work ? Does folks laid off need to be there in books till last day . If we leave early would we be eligible ? And would bonus be paid at March as usual in those cases
@rkh+1oUMeYUI Trail of treats is the Friday before Halloween. Halloween is on Tuesday, when layoffs traditionally happen at Schwab.
I also heard it will be exactly 60 calendar days before Dec 31 so that affected people will still be eligible for a bonus. Now, how much of a bonus is a big question. But, I think it is slightly admirable that the EC is trying to let affected people be eligible for something even beyond the severance.
So, I’m guessing it will either be the Oct 30 or Nov 1. Halloween would be weird with the trail of treats going on. Although now that I think about it, maybe Halloween would be perfect. It would give a somber mood to the atmosphere. 🎃

Well several senior leaders have blocked time off on their calendars for next week. So are they preparing to be stressed out or blocking the week to have lots of layoff related meetings?
