I keep hearing about a skills assessment going on in risk does anyone have any details on that? I am not sure about other areas.

Risk is a ticking issue for Truist. The amount of issues which our team has been unable to close has been staggering.

Hasn’t BCG group been heavily involved in this and in rewriting job descriptions to downgrade skills needed to perform most jobs? Part of current and future cost savings.
There are many people in different roles at the bank that do not have to skillz to perform their duties. They are faking it and management allows them to survive.
From what I've been told by a coworker, it's a workbook that management is completing that documents which skills are important for each job title.

I work in a risk department and have no idea what that is unless it’s the weekly log that we were asked to do a couple months ago. We had to keep a journal of all the things we do outside our main operating system. We knew it was most likely for analysts/RIFS. At least us realists did.
