Morale couldn't be lower in OA. But people are happy to have jobs right now.

Everyone - and I mean everyone - is looking to get out, or phone it in until the inevitable layoff hits.

Lots of us are stuck due to the job market. OA is also looked down upon in most of the ad tech market, a tough sell to prospective employers.

For the people in OA, how do you like working in that organization?

@2dvh+1oTwn82v there are some assets within OA that may have value to PE or an ad tech vendor.

If not, yes they’ll likely do a wind down in FY 25. No way it can sustain with the forthcoming headwinds.

How can OA be sold off? Wouldn’t oracle just let it die off?

Ok I’ll bite: Sinking ship. Revenue trending significantly downward for past few years while it’s competitors are growing, not sustainable and no fixes on the horizon. Snowflake competitor (DCP) is years away and little interest in the market, plus no marketing behind it.

Likely will be sold off within the next year or will see more cuts.

Is oddly hiring right now… feel sorry for the poor souls who don’t do their homework or don’t have better options.

OA is a division within Oracle. It’s called Oracle advertising.

Nothing. Advertising isn't necessary because Oracle products sell themselves.
