Cut the Retail sales consultant positions on the mortgage side. These people are over paid and due nothing. Our RSC travels all over with her boyfriend and says she is working. She gives zero support to sales. Is he attends no sales meetings and is never available. Does not answer her emails or phone. Her manager is the same. What a joke! We lay off good workers and keep these people!

Agreed. Those RSCs are hopeless and worthless. Mortgage is gone and we still continue to pay these people to do nothing. Wake up Charlie and HR!!!!!

I’m literally sitting in the Irving hub right now twiddling my thumbs with nothing to do on the first working day of October. My job is basically office furniture to insure that our occupancy level is such that we continue to get tax incentives and also so my “supervisor” has enough direct reports to keep her position. No collaboration. Everyone around me speaking Spanish. Listening to some guy hacking his lungs out in the next row of cubicles. I’d gladly trade places with any remote employee facing layoffs this week. This is the definition of misery.. and no, I’m not going to quit. I’m staying for the eventual chaos the next set of scandals bring. I want Charlie out before me. I want that win.
