If you have a new offer for Citi, please don't join. Try to stick where you are.
This is not a place you think that you will have good salary or hopes.
The company doesn't have any strategy with both Business and Technology. They hire some fools and friends at top to randomly drive the company with some buzz words they have learnt in recent years like agile, business transformations, AI, etc.
But they don't have any ground work, necessary infra for doing all these transformations.
The company executives are just fooling around the Investors, Employees, Government and Regulators that they are doing good. But in reality they don't.

Citi is awesome. Come get kicked around by middle management because your Managing Directors cant read emails and follow simple instructions
Citi has been sinking due to poor and incompetent leadership that has been with the firm for decades. Citi needs to get rid of rotten leaders and replace them with new generation of leaders.
I don't believe any bank is doing well in this economy, so...🤷🏻♀️
