“Package”…go home starting tomorrow. We’ll pay you for the next 30 days. Then you get the standard x weeks of your salary for every year you’ve been at the bank (outlined in the link). This NOT like the Voluntary Early Separation packets/buyouts like 2021! Not even close.
Have heard of specific cuts in many, many divisions and positions. Two new texts from folks I knew just today.
