Have layoffs been officially confirmed for this week?

Wealth doesn’t have an All Hands until next week. Joe Thompson is that great leader, you know!
Many announcements rolling out today. Don’t know how or what time but watch out for them.
Any info of anything going on 10/4?. I've seen that date previously mentioned. Everything seems so hush hus from management or any higher level. Any news on the layoff effects if any in insurance?
Anyone heard new from mortgage? We've been almost radio silence with the occasional blurb on the digital transformation and purpose propaganda.
They know but for whatever reason are hesitating to communicate.
So townhall = info about layoff? I’m curious if they’ll share anything cos my managers have been saying “we have no clue” for 1 month already… ET right here btw
IA will be impacted, they’re still finalizing to what degree.
ET Town Hall next week.
Not a peep from Enterprise Technology leadership.
Same. Zero communication from Risk leadership. My assumption is Risk is the last place Truist would want to cut staff given the FDIC/CFPB issues ongoing
I’m on a risk team and it’s been radio silence from 3 layers of management. No one seems to know anything.
Anyone hearing anything for any of the risk teams?
All hands meeting ..just temporarily safe? My area had one about 3 weeks ago and it was basically “we don’t know anything yet so update your resume”.
Random meeting invite from leadership = layoff; Same day "All Hands Meeting" invite = safe. Good luck to everyone! We are all in the same boat!
Which departments were included in these town hall meetings because mine was not?
Layoffs coming today and tomorrow. If you receive a random meeting invite beware.
Wealth postponed their all hands call until next week. Makes me think we're the November wave.
Do we know who/ what LOB is being laid off this week?
Yes. Announced at all town meetings last week.
