When is the usual retail hiring freeze take place before the holidays? We are down two reps and nobody is in a hurry to fill the spots. Not trying to work triple time over the holiday season.

California is hurting for bodies. Literally Reps, AMs and GMs. Most areas are scraping the barrel. We are literally hiring outsides people to be an AM or GM. This is always a disaster considering both roles require understand how our systems, policies and procedures work.
