I truly believe the reason WF doesn't allow volunteer layoffs is because there would be a mass exodus!

This will get down voted but we have too many baby boomer women who have retired husbands yet they continue to work. Move on already

currently 2wk for evry year capping at 12 mo max.
about 10 yrs ago max was 18mo.
now max is 12mo. rumor mill: max will be 6mo.
Did they change the Severance Package? I was with Wells for 20 some years and was laid off twice. At the time is was 1 month per year of service with a max of 20 months
I'm as ready as any other person with good conscience. Perfect time to be off with pay with the holidays right around the corner.
