JPM Managers don't give a ....for emoployees

JPM Corporate Service has shown its true colors during this major weather emergency in NYC. For those with access to E-mail received updates on the weather BUT with lack of leadership in the office due to a reorganization, no managers were in too direct or provide updates to staff. Neither the new, or old manager, call a meeting with the staff to provide updates or ask anyone if they would have a problem getting home or help them find assistance getting home to those areas where transportation was disrupted. I guess if you are a manager working from home you don't give a s___t of the welfare of your employees. I agree with the Chairman, EVERY MANAGER should be in the OFFICE - No work from home for them. There should be an investigation as to why no manager held updates, but then again, why should they, the majority of staff are minorities, women and low wagers.

Executive managers are usually self served here, take care, you shouldn't care for your ED's which doesn't care for you

JP Morgan Chase "Managers" and the term "caring about their employees" do not
belong in the same sentence. No such thing!!

Hope you are ok, but I think you forgot schedules changes to days in office, air quality alerts, DTC shortage of seats, and general leadership/caring about people at all levels above VP.
