Lmao. That might be the most short sighted strategy I’ve ever heard in my life. But at least we found why we keep losing customers.
Keep doing what you are doing every lie you tell means another lost customer. Every lost customer = better chance of me getting that layoff money baby.
We do what we need to do to get the sale. Americans are too honest when it comes to customers.

@1xjl+1oQGCQwH wow they probably did it just to get it removed. How sad, but we see you man. Fu-k’em, the issues you mentioned are exactly why I tell friends and family to stay away from VZ. It would be wrong per policy for me to fix their issues when they have them and I don’t trust our own CS to even guide someone on how to power on their phone.
