On this board over the past 1-2 days many folks are highlighting their disdain or the dysfunctional nature or toxic nature of WF. We complain about RTO, Charlie, his directs, Technology Cheerleader TK and much more. Yet the outside world seems to not care or ignores the toxic environment that this group of leaders and their trickle down minions have created.
I for one am appalled that TK is on the most powerful list for women in banking when everything she has done has been a mess. Where she was asked to step down in her previous job. Where she has taken credit for work that was done or started prior to her. All her outsourcing and globetrotting, dancing , cr-p. Maybe it’s time to take the discord found here to the streets, the media and others .

No one seems to care about the employees. Definitely not the OC, but the media, politicians et al just don’t see this as click baity enough. Guess we are all so jaded that we just expect corporate employee abuse. Nothing to see here, just a group of people the size of a medium sized city who are all suffering mental abuse to the degree that some see ending their existence as the only escape.
@OP - got any specifics on TK being asked to step down at her old job? Not doubting you, just curious because she played SvB like a fiddle. I had direct contact with her when she was head of EFT and was appalled then.
Please reach out to the media and government about how many jobs they outsource to India and Philippines.
Nobody gives rats … your best strategy is undermining your immediate manager behind the curtain. Without him you’ll be more valuable. Most of them don’t do anything but to take credit for all your work and defer blame for any of their own shortcomings. Game on!
Well, she is a female and on the OC. Nobody sees the details.
Those top lists are a PR play only. It involves media relations people pitching their executives. They’re subjective.
maybe reach out to the reporter from the Charlotte observer, he has posted a few times asking for people to interview
What media people are begging for Wells Fargo stories? I reached out to media in the past and no one cares.
The simplest explanation for why nothing will change: The wealthiest 10% of American households own 89% of the US stock market.
Lots of media people are begging for the Wells Fargo stories. Time to start.
