Motivation Level Poll

Company really knows how to motivate employees by forcing a return to office then announcing layoffs of thousands of employees months later. What’s your motivation level?

I can say that in all my time here, I’ve never seen morale so low and I’ve been with the bank for quite a while. B/c I know this site is monitored by those who want to keep tabs on us, I’m not disclosing my LOB, but I can state without a doubt that the only reason those around me -myself included - are still here, is because there is business to be wound down. But make no mistake, we are literally working ourselves out of a job and it really stinks.

Nothing like throwing insults anonymously. I can always tell someone’s intelligence level when they claim the entire boomer, or any generation, got what they got through simple hard work, dedication, not whining, or any other “positive” traits that had nothing to do with opportunity, salaries, etc.

Keep on pounding your chest and running your moth under the cover of anonymity of the internet, clown. Hopefully one of the jobs that goes is yours.

I can always tell the age of someone when they start whining and throwing around the prerogative “boomer” label. Well, let me tell you about boomers (which btw I’m not thanks ever so much). They worked their jobs, save for retirement and didn’t sit around in safe spaces su-king their thumbs pouting when they had to do THEIR JOB. So you got to work from home while you were scammed in the biggest con in the history of mankind. So the freaking what? Grow some or just grow up millennials and snowflakes and stop whining. What an insufferable bunch of mouth breathers you people are.

Now negative mark this away. Truth hurts doesn’t it.

Most of the whiners work in Experience Design. Fragile little snowflakes.

I’m sorry, but I’m so over people whining that you actually have to come to work in an office. If you got to spend more time with your spouse or kids because you got to work from anyone a while, be thankful. Four years ago you didn’t know the difference. It is LONG past time to stop the whining.

My manager told me that if I just work a little harder, I am almost guaranteed to be promoted to AVP in a few months! So, I'm super-motivated!
