LE and MS are real id--ts. They are in the process of taking away all of Supports access to the applications they support company wide. How can Support take care of the customer if they can't access anything? That is like taking your car in for repair and telling the technician to fix it but they can't touch the car. How is that going to work?

Oh they are stupid really. If you heard about FAaaS, the design looks like a newly graduate did it and you just put yourself 30 years backwards. It is so stupid.
Oracle tech is self-healing, self-tuning, self-patching and self-upgrading. In short, Oracle support is no longer necessary.
Their current automations are stupid. LIke having a robot vacuum cleaner run over a pile of dog po-p. Customers are catching on.
The car gets hauled away.
Perhaps support will be accomplished by customer self serve and AI in the very near future.
