If you search today its more Tech Jobs in India than US. As an added bonus click a US based job and then pull the recruiter up in Teamworks. They are all Remote. Their whole team. Oh boy the IRONY

The real kicker is that the offshore teams' inability to do their job is part of what is tanking the company. The worst of the worst wins out here every single time.
Yep. RTO because we NEED to collaborate and that can ONLY happen effectively IN PERSON. Apparently we don’t NEED to collaborate in person with those in India when we ship our US jobs and processes to be performed across the globe. Then apparently in person collaboration for US WF Execs to be a$$ kissed once or twice a year is sufficient. Ultimate hypocrisy!
I thought I heard that all of the recruiting team was exempt from RTO until Jan 2024. I would expect that remote status to change.
