all CCS jobs will literally be gone come next year! Everything will be offshored to Manilla! And it’s not like the warning signs are not evident!

We had a group in Manilla who had the task of putting the appraiser's name into the First Name, Middle Name, Last Name fields. They had at least a 40% error rate on that simple task. Domestic Collateral Underwriting Team had to check it and make corrections. A few years ago we had a meeting and they asked for volunteers to train the Manila team to do our appraisal review jobs. Nobody volunteered. Supervisors and managers were not capable of training them.
Seems unlikely but I could be wrong. Any rumors of this being true? We don't hear much in my site, being completely remote.
You will
Own nothing
And be happy
The big six banks will be the only ones who write mortgages
Monday-Friday 9-6
No one else will have the warehouse lines to fund loans..
so to me this all makes perfect sense
My lob is talking about AI but the person running it is AXx copycat. All his presentations were lifted from various google searches. It’s a total joke
Analyst jobs will come back - but when they do AI will do them. Sales teams will morph and processes and procedures will be in line with that and the AI's role.
But what goes around will come around, the same lawyers who helped with identifying what legally could go offshore will also be AI victims. :)
It's possible but if you think about it logically if they moved ALL ccs roles over to Manila we wouldn't have a sales team. They would all leave Chase. HLAs aren't going to put up with that. I doubt that Chase would rush that all for lower wages.
Yes, most of the analyst jobs in home lending have been moved to Manila. It's sad they don't care about us.
Our VP and some other managers will be in Manila October 17. Hmmm
I’m in mortgage they can take TA,CDA and even YMCA lol
In Manila they process loans like AI robots Artificial but minus the Intelligence. The thrilla in Manila will be a wild ride for ops!
Yes!! Manilla does not know what it is doing! And they have credit information for possible fraud!!
