Anyone in tech didn’t receive the email who is currently an officer?

Just got my new title:
Interim Assistant to the Night Manager
They did the same sh-t like two years ago..What a joke
You are more concerned about a phony job title than what you inject into your body?
Do mail room managers get an officer title too?
I learned my new officer title will be Rear Admiral.
If someone is an SVP, he/she will get a Senior Assistant VP title. Bank of America once had this weird title many years ago.
If you are a VP, probably you will get a Junior Assistant VP title. If you are a SVP, probably you will get a Junior Assistant SVP title.
Gee, wonder if I’ll get a new officer title before I am laid off? Like this matters.
Officer titles are bad for your resume.
As a VP, I can tell you this level is life altering. Buckle up ya’ll, you gonna love this ride!
Officer titles do not pay my bills, officer titles do not help me with my work details, officer titles are just that a title.
Comforting move before minimal hikes I guess, oh we appreciate and will dole out whatever does not cost money in US, so be happy with little or no increment next year and oh no bonus because belts are tight. Typical corporate move, must have learnt from @ccenture
More pat on the back nonsense instead of acknowledging the real elephant in the room: actual job advancement
You guys clearly didn’t even read the emails. The titles are already defined and deployed. They are just realigning them to match title to level the same scale as the rest of the org.
Sorry, I meant to say "Junior Assistant Tech Officer". Typed too fast.
I doubt my manager will take any time to explain this nonsense to me. Ok by me.
How about" Junior Assistant Teach Officer"?
I can't wait to have a tech-specific officer title.
"Mr. Cyberofficer reporting for duty."
I heard about it but did not get the email. It’s useless anyway. An officer title means nothing.
