Interesting to get this with layoffs looming. Not sure it means anything one way or another ?

I got the enrollment save the date card in the mail today. Oct 9-27. I assume everyone’s getting it. Not an indicator of anything
Just said this to a coworker on Friday. I checked the dates from the last two years and Open Enrollment was from like Oct 3rd-5th through 3rd-4th week of October. Typically we’ve gotten notifications aint email and via mail to review prior to making selections. Maybe they’re waiting to see who is gone first - no use in selecting if we won’t be working for them.
