Charlie has been at Wells Fargo for 5 years, but still unable to remove the asset cap, replaced the US employees with offshore employees, downsized the company to the point it can no longer function properly, created a highly toxic corrupted organization, still getting paid millions of dollars in compensation for doing nothing. He's got several consent orders dealt with and is diligently working on the last pile to get the asset cap removed.

The last good thing he did was disappear for a few months.

Charlie enforces a strict RTO policy so that employees can collaborate better with colleagues located in different time zones.

Although Charlie treats most of WF employees like cr-p, he compensates his top executives well.
