Recently displaced. Will I still get the 401k match in December?

The policy clearly states that you will get a 401k match if displaced at age 65 or older. If you don't get a match at the end of the year when they pay it out to everyone, then you should contact HR.
No. And Wells Fargo could give a sh&t
Nope, that's why the 10/3 layoff date is important. The 60 day notice will expire prior to 12/15 and 401k matches won't be done for those folks either.
Sorry, bub. I'm waiting for my date to come soon as well.
Good luck to us all, non hub, non offshored- leftovers.
Are you thinking of deferred comp? That's completely different and is already sitting in your account, but it's considered vested immediately.
No such rules for 401k match.
@cdq+1oNCxolS I was over 65 and laid off August 22. I did not get the match. I asked for it. Nada...
If you are age 65 or older, you will get the match. Otherwise, no.
nothing if displaced before 12/15
You have to be employed through 10/14. A 60 day notice from that date puts you through 12/15 which allows you to get 401k match
no
Nope, Another hit to your retirement so Shart and OC can lime their pockets with your stonks.
If you are on nonworking notice still, then yes.
No. Have to be there mid December when you leave.
Unfortunately not.
No, you have to be actively employed on 12/15 to get a match. So people displaced before 10/20 will not get a match.
Nope!
