Meet you at Costco. Need to get more laundry detergent to wash clothes during work hours. Maybe grab a hot dog too.

"Yup. I know of some not complying at all, and some partially. The policy is all over the place and different VPs and AVPs are handling it their own way. I've yet to see or hear of a single case of write up or other discipline.
It's possible that may come later towards EOY when they have enough metrics to support a termination. Guess we'll see..."
THIS RIGHT HERE^^^^^^. Assuming you want to stay here, and you are ignoring the mandate because no one seems to be enforcing it or writing anyone up...that will catch up with you. And it will catch up with you when your Director needs x number of names on the next surplus, which we all know will come eventually. That's when they will "enforce" the policy. And they'll do it by simply using the available report(s) to filter out the non-compliant. That's when it will catch up to you. Because you made it easy for them. And they will always take the path of least resistance.
@1aoj+1oMc3Uoh, who cares about vendors. They are not employees.
RTO for US based workers but vendors like Wipro who has access to CPNI working remotely.
T needs to put a Corporate RTO Policy in place. If they have one, it needs to be shared with every employee. Not just Management. 30 days later begin enforcement. RTO or be terminated.
“Why are you so worried about what everyone else is doing?”
It’s really bad for morale to randomly have some people come in X days a month and others 3 days a week. I keep hearing X days a month sounds like it’s a secret variable amount to me.
"So people are actually not complying?"

So people are actually not complying?
The RTO from the Chicago area to Atlanta, etc., has at least some of the employeees getting an extention for like 18 months as leadership relented a bit.

It will be a lot higher by the end of the year once noncompliance terminations start.
98 percent in Atlanta.
Between 42.0 and 69 percent.
