CS got rid of "team member" in favor of "employee", so why hasn't he renamed "Teamworks"?

Call me whatever — give me meaningful work and fair compensation for it. The rest is a meaningless power trip. Are you going to put AVP or SVP on your headstone? Come on people. Priorities!
They may have meaning in the business side, but tech side the officer titles are indeed meaningless.
It's funny that people complain about dumping the team member terms, but then also complain about the new officer titles initiative.
I'd rather have a certain officer title than be called a team member.
If it's all meaningless, explain the business justification for the expense of changing this kind of window dressing. Those changes are not free, so there needs to be a legitimate justification.
You were never a Team Member or part of the WF family, those were always just HR fluff.

Life is going to throw a few curve ba--s your way. I knew a woman who was still upset years after being layed off from a job she loved and was at for 15 years.
Your employer is not your pal, your nice auntie, or on your side at all.
Your boss may be good, but you are an employee of a company that does not care about you, only you making them money.
There are far bigger problems than what your company calls you, which again, is meaningless.
I think they are getting rid of Teamworks at some point.
Changing it would be a complete waste of time and money, so mark it down, they will do it. Just like 'team member' v 'employee' and 'company' v 'the firm'. They can't do anything actually useful, so they focus on the window dressing while we go out and earn all the profits.
Who cares.
There is probably an entire team of overpaid Business Execution Consultants who have been working on deciding what to rename Teamworks for a couple of years….

There was this air-headed Sr. manager I was working with... he always read only the 1st bullet or the 1st sentence of my email, and ignored the rest. So if you write a message that is too long, those lazy managers will never understand the whole content.
