How many people settle for working at AT&T decade after decade after decade, what can’t you get a better job?

Other employers know you’re overpaid and worthless to them
You don't know how good you've got it!
can't complain, 160k, pension, 401k, ez
@"We built this awesome company."
More like Alexander Graham Bell and Theodore Vail built this company!
Spam talk.
I work 30 hours a week and earn well over six figures. Why would i leave?
Money is good
Job not hard
Boss easy to get along with
Why leave?
We built this awesome company. It’s the execs, they are like spoiled teenagers who spill pop on the good leather suede sofa. Randy and Stankey are no different than Beavis and But head.
Not me. I was outward bound pre-pandemic, and when it hit in force, I let it slow my "I'm out of here" roll. But I'm back on track now and intend to part ways with this sinking ship by EOY.
Can't imagine not having an exit plan or light at the end of the tunnel.
I would agree it is terrible for the post pension hires with a forecast of doom and gloom. Get ready for more outsourcing by inept management.
I bring home upper 6 digits, put in only 40s a week. If I have to put in more I take comp time to get my time back. I work from home and if I need to go to the office (very rare) I have an eight minute commute. I have a pension and significant 401k. Don’t hate what I do and do not work on a toxic team. No settling for me. Retirement eligible and can go whenever I am ready
