In late 2018 I received a severance package after 20+ years of service with BB&T. At the time I thought it was the end of the world, but time has shown what a blessing and favor the bank gave me before the s@%# show started in early 2019 when the SunTrust “takeover” was announced. Appreciate all the butterfly speeches Kelly…you definitely created a hurricane and the aftermath destruction in it’s path.

Zen…I did check myself, regrouped and doing so much better today than when I left. Some here need to know there is life after BB&T, Sun Trust or whatever they call themselves these days. Keep drinking the purple Kool-aid and believing in the power of a butterfly.
As to the comment you were lowest of the low, thats not correct. At that time the recovery department within the operational department was let go as well as managers and team leads in the collection department. These people have BBT their heart and soul and was on a group call being laid off. Most was told they had to continue to work and not mention the issue or would loose their payout.
