Look, I like a good ole fashioned dog pile as much as the next person, but what does Scott Case even do? Ken M is surely culpable, but I feel like he is just the hired bad guy between the truly poor decision maker. Reorg him out so we can at least be mad at the right person so he can empathize with my severance while making more in a year than I'll make in my career. Just drop the hammer already, the writing is on the wall and has been since you announced RTO

I don’t think people caught the joke in that last reply
The problem is we haven't hired enough ex-Accenture in leadership positions. If we fill just a few more positions, it will all work out.
Talk to folks at BofA who worked with him. They will tell you he is in over his head. He is an unemotional robot. He is not a good leader because he doesn’t understand the role of a leader.
What’s wrong with Bryce Elliott? He at least seems sincere.
Nope they would rather keep the entire leadership team and cut head count by another 20%. They need worker bees to keep their heads down and not question these decisions. "Don't look for another job but you may lose your job in the next 12 months."
If this is the guy responsible for the fintech spending and the treehouse nonsense at the purple stripper building that alone should get him and his leadership team out of here. Does not even account for the lack of technology upgrades across the various LOB’s that hasn’t happened. Get this entire group out and start over.
He speaks with zero emotion, saying lots of word with no substance, like robot. He always gives me the impression that he does not care for the people who work for him at all.
He lets you know how wonderful he is.
Now do Bryce Elliott. Guy is a disease
