Anyone else getting increasingly concerned here?

Well they said we would be very busy when half the triage and support staff went to autodialer training. Queues still running out. This is foreboding.
People are fearful of the repercussions of answering surveys honestly. That is not unreasonable. I recall several years ago being party to 'feedback' given by my director and advised to make efforts to stop some of the comments made on 'anonymous, surveys. We were not given names but I suspect it would have been possible to identify.
It is close to traditional rif time so just figure it will happen as usual. What I don't get is how they keep having such great associate survey scores when most are always in fear of losing their job in this company. Would never recommend someone to work for them unless they didn't really need their job.

We are all concerned in every department/business sector. Very quiet. Management leaving now and there are saying don't worry, no need for concern. I wasn't concerned until you told me not to be. When our department or my role is eliminated i will post to give other departments a "heads up". I think it's around the corner, more layoffs.
