Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Truist Toxic Culture

This last week has been the worst in my whole career. This company is burying itself making employees walk on eggs shell why poor management gets a pass.

I pray for all employees. October is going to be bloody. Keep your head on a swivel.

“Something about banking and finance brings out the worst in people.” It is called MONEY.

Trust me. Truist is a wonderful company. Think about how bills daily messages and smiles up lift each and everyone of his loyal workers along with the community. No one ever cared like this before. The generosity, graciousness, and humility is unparalleled. We should all aspire to be this great.

Talk about toxic, can’t wait to see how much they whack in CIB. Can’t come soon enough or cut deep enough. Lot of the smartest kids in room in that group!

DEI is also lip service. I wonder if they're d-mb enough to have mandatory meetings on Monday? Hello lawsuits because it's Yom Kippur.

The company used and abused employees during the merger. Now they will dispose of you like trash. Update your resume and stay focused on "YOU". Everything at this company is lip service.

It's always been that way, unfortunately. Something about banking and finance brings out the worst in people.
