It seems to be a broken record every four weeks, but curious if any orgs are being impacted with surplus notifications today? If you are impacted, 1) I’m sorry this has happened, 2) is it due to not being in Dallas, and 3) which org are you in?

Scared execs won't go nuclear on hc fast. Too scared, so will whittle and not use the biggest bloodiest nastiest meat cleavers. Wimps have no confidence in their own hr productivity metrics in firm. So they're scared to pull many of the biggest triggers. Their stupidity helping quite a few.

It seems that Stankey has changed his M.O. Now he prefers to layoff oneses and twosees, rather than big numbers. At this rate he will never meet his quota of 80K on payroll.
