In the new structure of leadership whom will the big three leaders be? What will the EL structure look like? Currently there are 11 on the EL down from 14 at merger. How many and whom after the realignment?

Someone mentioned Demaio. She will be a downfall of Truist. She has ruined almost all the places where she has been in charge of Audit. She is a dysfunctional leader and only creates dysfunctional teams .

Now Bill is calling in favors from financial outsiders for good news. A couple of favorable pieces about SunTruist being a buy are out there today. You run the company down, change course, make drastic change, rebound to where you were a few months ago and everyone forgets you had a market cap of 60 plus billion two years ago while you were in charge. It's embarrassing that people cannot see the DEI smoke screen for what it is. All the talk about unqualified minorities. How many minorities with actual authority vs being a walking minstral show that can be controlled. Effective minority leaders are actually eliminated to avoid threats to the power structure.
DEI allows them to distract and pit the pawns against each other and it cost almost nothing in terms of power
