The branches were pressured SO hard to call EVERY single client who would be receiving a new Credit Card… I mean it was pushed down every teammate’s throat every single day to get these calls done…… they forced teammates to have the calls completed weeks before they were even “due”.
For what????? Now all of the issues with the Credit Cards-not even being able to be activated…. Current cards being declined….WOW …what a total embarrassment AND a huge waste of time!
Truist is looking great! One mess up after another!
