This place is an absolute mess. New credit cards were sent out to activate 9-18. Now the migration has gone wrong and there is no way to verify a new credit card. Every day the response is it will work tomorrow. 3 days of promises and no results. Sounds like the tech layoffs and starting to impact operations. This should have never been an issue for clients

This is how Truist has done since it became a thing. No one paying attention is shocked.

True, I tried to activate my cards and the message says the system is unavailable, still. Thank your CIO, Mr. Case for this!
These mo--ns can do NOTHING right. Now one single thing. Tired of the poor customers calling in asking why they can’t activate and having to tell them we don’t know when it will be ready.
Such incompetence!!!
