Tom Moriarity is now the General Counsel for Albertsons, a high quality company. He jumped ship just in time. The lawsuits are coming fast and furiously. The response is totally uncoordinated. There are law firms double and triple billing with no controls. Layoffs are the answer in poorly managed poorly integrated businesses. Who is driving this train wreck?
