Every day clueless non employees make up lies to customers. They make up commitments which upsets our customers more. Why is this acceptable?

What sales? I haven’t fibered many circuits at all for last last few months, doing some decoms though. Debt and trying to meet FCF has slowed business.
Can they do that?

Starts with sellers who promote products customers have no need for or do the old dump and run. Christ half the sales team and their CSS or PM are hands off letting orders hit the fan before escalating to customer service for failure cause upfront by sales and their support.
The employee customer service titles are just are bad. It’s not just allowed. It’s encouraged by management. It’s how the numbers are made.
This has been happening for nearly 30 years, why change.
If you have not figured it out by now, NOBODY is held accountable at AT&T. Sellers send out techs to customers sites who didn't order service, sellers don't return customers calls, sellers commit fraud daily, there are no consequences either Employee or non employee. I picked up accounts where customers were still being billed for duplicate AVPN sites after an upgrade and the old AM never canceled the new ones because they wanted the TBR. This is why the stock is in the dumpster!
Cause they are cheaper and the goal is to start billing! We’re sliding the wrong way with the suits lying and smiling.2
