@fgow+1oGzUGA3 Ghetto babble ain’t nothing compared to some of the “English” coming from the off shore PSO reps. Honestly when some of them call for a consult I have them transfer the call even if it is something that my team technically doesn’t handle because I can tell they are just saying words that make no sense. and the issue almost always ends up completely different from what the PSO rep said it was.
If I’m feeling particularly salty that day I’ll just give the answer to their question even if their question doesn’t match what the customer’s actual issue is. Hope all the savings were worth it.
