How many applications do you send out per week? I have a feeling that I'm not doing enough since I haven't gotten that many responses so far.

So why was BB&T consistently in the top of their group throughout all markets and Truist has turned into a dumpster fire under SunTrust leadership throughout the bank? The same Suntrust that had to be bought because they were about to be in drop sh-t with regulators.

I'm 3 months in and its been rough finding something in the industry. I'm taking my time to find the right fit so I don't have to job hunt. I had 15+ years as a legacy BBT employee so I'm looking for stability but with the world today those days may be over.
What sort of work do you do? What area of the country are you looking?
