Email just went out. Bonus will be paid 9/29 and they will post to ESS on 9/27 if you’re eligible and how much it’ll be.
Please let anyone know about bonus pay as we know Follett will not reach out to those who were let go.

I got my bonus..honestly didn't figure they'd pay out to those that were eliminated. Not as much as I used to get but anything is better than nothing.
Believe it or not I got a bonus..really figured they would say we didn't get one since we were gone.
I would be nice if one of the RM or ML that monitor these comments, just like the Follett Alumni page, would have the decency to post a comment and let people know. If they have time to monitor, and at times comment, they could certainly let former employees know. Among these former employees are people who worked extremely hard, smart, and were very dedicated to their campus & Follett. The Campus is likely why most of us stayed for as long as we did. MB, I am sure you will read this within 24 hours. Why don't you post a statement here or on the Follett Alumni page!
Here’s some context- my first bonus with Follett in 2001 was 26k-and that was not considered big in those days….times have surely changed.
I emailed hr and they confirmed if you were eligible you didn't have to do anything. Your job had to be eliminated and you not placed in another position automatically to be eligible. If they slotted you somewhere and you left anyway..you are not eligible. Wasn't going to let the post I saw that said if we didn't call we wouldn't get the bonus IF you get 1 red dime..I was told that's not true. You will receive a statement Sept 29th with numbers. I'd bet if any eliminated staff get anything it will be minimal if anything at all.
If you stayed through 5/1 and left as part of restructure, you are bonus eligible. I'll believe it when I see it.
Not what what was stated. You would get you bonus to the point of leaving.
Paperwork stated that those that left would be bonus eligible.
The rules for retired employees were always if you were employed on December 31 you were eligible. Did they change that?
I'm pretty sure if you leave before the bonus is paid out, you are not eligible.
Do you know if retirees will receive directly to the account that was used when working?
Are you eligible if let go or quit? I thought you had to be employed still to get them
Honestly, I figured they would find a way to say they weren't paying bonuses this year especially for those of us they eliminated. Honestly, I don't expect to see one even though we were doing well before they ditched all knowledgeable staff.
